Fellow receiver Josh Lenz was one of the team’s casualties in a move that could have sparked Hartline’s frustration.
Hartline didn’t single out any one player who was cut Sunday, but Cleveland.com said Lenz was a favorite of some veterans.
Lenz, an undrafted veteran out of Iowa State, led the Browns in the preseason with 108 yards on seven receptions.
