This week, the first hour of the program pulled in 3.270 million viewers, the second hour attracted 3.042 million viewers and the final hour managed to average 2.850 million viewers.
RAW had to settle for a 4th place in terms of viewership behind the NFL on ESPN, which drew 14.151 million viewers, Sportscenter and The O’Reilly Factor. RAW was #5 for the night in the 18-49 demographic, behind the NFL, SportsCenter, Street Outlaws and Love & Hip-Hop.
The exciting part is that according to reports, Brock Lesnar is all set to feature on RAW on February 8th next year, in the Seattle taping.
After the recent returns of Tommy Dreamer and Rhyno, WWE has set up a poll asking fans which other ECW Original they want to see return – Spike Dudley, Rob Van Dam, Justin Credible, Steve Corino, Sabu, Nova, New Jack, The Sandman, The Blue Meanie, Mikey Whipwreck or Raven. With over 4,000 votes, RVD is currently leading with 38% while Sabu has 15%, Spike has 14%, Raven has 13% and Sandman has 12%.
All this indicate that happy days are in store for WWE fans, come the new year.
