However, the report of that arrest got disputed by ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio, who said that police actually had Talib’s brother, Yaqub, in custody. That came down at about 11:15 a.m.
There was also this from Patrick Smyth of the Broncos’ media relations apartment.
While it’s certainly a bad look for the Dallas PD, the whole situation came to an end at about 11:50 a.m. when the police department sent out a tweet correcting the original report.
